The Wellesley location offers a 30-minute call-ahead to join its waiting list on weekdays. Appointments can be booked by phone or through the salon's mobile app, and scheduling questions are answered by phone at the nearest location rather than by email. Requests for a particular stylist are accommodated when possible, though a wait with a specific stylist is not guaranteed. Each location has receptionists on hand. All three share the same hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 7pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
The menu covers haircuts, color, keratin treatments, blow-drys and shampoo services, with perms offered at the Natick and Newton locations only. Haircuts start at $25.95, children's and seniors' cuts start at $23.95, and a wash, cut and blow-dry starts at $57. Foils, ombre and balayage are priced after a consultation with a stylist. Keratin Hair Taming Treatments start at $250. The salon has a Paul Mitchell Educator on staff who runs advanced training sessions and keeps a DVD library of current techniques. The salon says it holds all of its stylists to a high standard of education and quality of work. Managers have more than 25 years of experience with the company.
