Appointments are offered on set days. In fall and winter, the suite is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11am to 7:30pm, and Wednesday from 3:30pm to 7:30pm. Booking questions can be sent by email to jamespcutshair@gmail.com.

The menu is short and each service has a set price that already includes gratuity. A full haircut includes a wash and blow-dry and takes about an hour, and a beard trim can be added to it. Shorter services include a bang trim, a neck trim that tidies the neckline and sideburns with a hot towel finish, and a buzz cut with a rinse or hot towel finish.

Services are kept to a focused menu with set prices, so each visit has a clear scope and cost.
