New clients booking color are asked to start with a complimentary in-person consultation of about 30 minutes. It covers hair goals, an allergy patch test, and a strand test used to work out the color formula. Several services take a deposit from new clients, which ranges from $8.25 for a haircut to $60 for a full lived-in balayage. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a 25% fee, and no-shows cannot book again.

Highlight and balayage work makes up a large part of the color menu. Options include mini foil highlights, partial and full dimension highlights, mini and partial and full lived-in balayage, and vivid color priced by the hour to cover materials. Most highlight services finish with toner and a standard blowout. Gloss services, single and multitonal, and color retouches for new growth from permanent color are also offered, along with a combined retouch and haircut.

Blowout options step up from a standard round-brush finish to the Ritual Blowout and the Lunar Luxury Blowout, which add a warm aromatherapy towel and scalp massage. The Lunar Luxury version also includes a choice of deep treatment and a smoothing polish finish. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Each color client starts with a consultation that sets the plan, including a patch test and a strand test before the color is mixed.
