Appointments are scheduled in advance, and the salon's hours are Tuesday from 1:30 to 6:30 PM and Wednesday and Thursday from 1:30 to 7 PM. Cancellations or changes need to be made more than 24 hours before the appointment; later cancellations carry a fee of half the scheduled service, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full service price.
Color correction is priced by the hour, starting at $100, with an estimated appointment of about three hours and a $25 deposit for new clients. Longer color services such as the grand highlight or balayage, which covers the face, top of the head, hairline and back of the head, run around four and a half hours. Keratin treatment is available for $350 with a $50 deposit for new clients.
Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and are final sale. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. According to the salon, its about page shows 85 reviews.
