Appointments are booked through the Glossgenius page. Clients can pay in person with Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000, which is subject to approval before the appointment. Same-day, last-minute openings can be requested by text at 973-454-7219 and are offered when available. Standing appointments are available by inquiry. The studio is open Friday from 4:30 to 6 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM, and it is closed Monday through Thursday and on Sunday.

A house call brings the stylist and tools and products to the client's home or another location. House calls start at $100 with a $40 deposit. A travel charge is added based on distance, and an hourly rate applies if the service runs past its scheduled time.

The studio has a few house rules. Extra guests and children are not permitted at appointments. A no-show is charged the full booked service, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled service. A $10 late fee applies after 5 minutes. If a client is 15 minutes late, the full service fee is charged and the appointment is canceled.

Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
