A visit can start with a 30-minute consultation at no charge. It is used to talk through your hair history and the result you want, then map out how to get there. Appointments are booked online through the salon's GlossGenius page.
The color menu runs from glosses and root retouches to lowlights, all-over color, partial and full highlights, and hand-painted balayage for a soft, blended finish. Most color services can be paired with a haircut in the same appointment. Partial highlights concentrate on the top and front sections, and root retouch covers new regrowth. Longer color services are booked in generous time blocks, with a full highlight taking about 270 minutes and balayage about 300 minutes.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment. Cancellation fees apply: 30% for changes made 48 hours before the service, 50% for changes made 24 hours before, and 100% for no-call, no-show appointments.
