Color is the main focus. An all-over toner or gloss deposits a demi-permanent color to roots and ends. It can match the current shade, change the tone, or take hair a little darker, but it does not lighten. Foil services range from partial foils, which cover the front, top, sides and a panel on the top back of the head, to a full foil that covers the whole head and can be done to the root or as a lived-in balayage. A grey or regrowth root touch-up covers only the roots and leaves the lengths untouched.
Blonde clients can book a Maintenance Appointment, a 75-minute visit that combines a toner or gloss, a haircut, a customized treatment and a blow-dry. Haircuts are offered as a Custom Haircut Experience, a 60-minute appointment with a detailed cut, shampoo and a blow-dry and curls or a style of the client's choice. A customized Brazilian Blowout is also available. The salon says its results last three to six months and are tailored to the look the client wants.
Appointments are booked through the salon's GlossGenius page, and visitors can send a question to Katelynn through a contact form. Deposits on color, foil and blowout appointments are subtracted from the total on the day of the visit. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice. Shorter notice, no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged half of the total service price.
