Extensions are offered in tape-in and handtied styles. Tape-in and handtied move-ups are for existing clients, and new clients booking handtied extensions start with a consultation. Extension hair must be paid in full before it is ordered. Clients who want a curly cut can book a Curly Cut, which is designed to keep curls intact and includes a styling lesson, using innersense products.

Consultations are free and take about 30 minutes, and they are required before color corrections, vivid colors and extensions. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair. The business says clients tend to leave feeling confident, refreshed and happy with their hair. Gift cards are available.
