Color and lightening form the core of the menu. Between color visits, Gloss Refresh applies a toner-based gloss, with a root smudge added when needed. Grey Coverage is a retouch aimed at grey strands while leaving the rest of the head unchanged, and All Over Color is a one-process color service. There are three lightening options. Mini Lightening concentrates on the face and part line. Partial Lightening covers the zone from the ears to the part line, plus a few foils on the crown. Full Lightening handles a complete change or a retouch, reaching from the nape all the way up to the top of the head. Every lightening service includes root work, a custom gloss, a haircut, a mask, a blowout and styling.

Other services include a stand-alone haircut with a wash, mask, blow dry and style, and a blowout with a mask and scalp massage. A Smoothing Treatment is aimed at reducing frizz, adding shine and improving manageability. It does not permanently straighten hair, and results depend on hair texture and condition.

Consultations are a good starting point for major color changes, corrective color, extensions, or when it is unclear which service to book. A consultation covers hair goals, hair history, maintenance and pricing, and may include a strand test. A $25 fee is required to reserve a consultation and is applied toward a future service when booked.

The salon is open Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM. It is closed Wednesday and Thursday. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and clients must be approved before their appointment. No-call, no-show appointments, same-day cancellations and same-day reschedules carry fees, described in the policy section of the listing.

Appointments start with a consultation for complex changes, and each service is planned around the client's hair goals and history.
