The menu is organized into five groups: Boho & Curls, Box & Knotless, Cornrows & Styled, Twists, and Reset & Care. Boho Braids, French Curls, Miracle Knot and Borabora Braids sit in the curl-finished group, while Box and Knotless Box Braids, Micro Braids, Senegalese Twists and Island Twists cover the more classic protective styles. Prices rise with length, and most styles are listed by shoulder, midback, waist or butt length.

For some styles the studio has more than one braider work on the same head at once, which shortens the appointment. Hair is not included in the service prices. Clients can bring their own curly hair for Boho & Curls styles or have the studio source it for an added cost. Natural braiding hair colors are included, and colored hair adds $10.

Booking starts with a $30 non-refundable deposit that holds the appointment and comes off the total on the day. Deposits can be sent by Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay. Requests are answered personally, usually within a day, to confirm details. Clients should arrive on time with clean, dry, detangled hair unless a wash is included, since arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Children are welcome if they can sit calmly for the whole service. Any issue with a service should be raised within 72 hours of the appointment.

The studio says its braiding keeps parts clean and keeps tension gentle, and that its work does not leave clients with sore edges. Opening hours are Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm, and Sunday visits are by appointment only.
