The menu is built around color and highlights, with haircuts and styling grouped alongside. Root touch-ups come in several versions, with or without a cut or blowdry, and the highlight options range from a small face-framing set of foils to a full head of highlights. Toner or gloss is available on its own for shine and an even overall tone.

Alexandra calls The Lived-In Dimensional Blonde or Brunette her signature technique. It is a dimensional highlight shaped to each client, and it is one of the services she recommends refreshing one to three times a year.

New clients start with the Policy Agreement Form and an appointment inquiry form that asks for current photos of their hair and the result they hope to get. Current clients book through the book now link. Confirmation texts or emails go out 72 hours before each appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged 25% of the scheduled service, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50%, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
