The salon is at 2300 E Semoran Blvd in Apopka, Florida. Clients book through the online booking page, and a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any appointment. Add-on services are chosen when scheduling under the Add Ons option.

Hair must arrive fully detangled and free of knots and braids. If hair needs detangling before the service, an extra detangling fee applies. Service pricing can rise with hair length. A shampoo is included with every service.

Visits are for the client only, as no extra guests and no children are allowed. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $15 late fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the appointment. A no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the service fee and can end future bookings. Remaining balances can be paid by Zelle or cash, and other payment methods carry a $5 convenience fee. When the calendar is full, clients can text to ask whether the salon can fit them in. Appointments outside regular hours can be requested for an extra $50.
