Booking works through a $25 fee that holds the appointment and goes toward the hair, not the service. The fee is nonrefundable but transfers if a client reschedules at least 48 hours ahead. The remaining balance is paid in cash or Zelle at the appointment. Squeeze-in appointments carry an extra fee of 35% of the style price, paid by PayPal or Apple Pay as the booking fee, with the full balance paid in cash on arrival. Last-minute requests may take 24 to 72 hours to receive a response, if slots are open.

Clients should plan ahead for hair length and condition. Knotless braids need 5 to 6 inches of hair, and blunt cuts are not accepted. Hair should arrive freshly washed and blow dried with little to no product. For the wash service, clients bring their own shampoo and conditioner. Clients with thinning, balding edges, or alopecia are asked to book a consultation before scheduling.

Arrival and attendance rules are firm. A $20 late fee applies after 10 minutes, and arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-call no-show with cancellation of future appointments. The address and a confirmation message go out 24 hours before the appointment, and clients must reply that day or the booking is cancelled. Extra guests are not allowed, and children may attend only if they are getting a service. Styles are non-refundable.
