The founder, Dan A., created the Miami Sunset contour technique, a low-maintenance, shiny natural color built on traditional balayage. Color is placed around the face's angles and features, and the salon uses a palette matched to each client's skin tone. Lived-in color is done with Redken and L'Oreal products, and the process can take a few hours. Haircuts include the butterfly cut, which the salon says is built with layers through the crown and mid-lengths for volume, along with textured layers and extensions.

Every visit begins with a free consultation, which is offered on all services, including Botox Hair Therapy. The consultation includes an in-depth look at the hair, personalized recommendations, product advice and care tips. Prices are set after the consultation, and the listed prices are starting amounts. Appointments last at least 45 minutes, and the salon operates by appointment only, so walk-ins are not accepted.

Booking is by phone at (305) 532-7333 or through the salon's website. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, since late arrivals have their appointment shortened and may need to reschedule. Bookings made by phone or in person over $50 require a deposit. Cancellations with 48 hours notice for color or hair treatments, or 24 hours for cuts and other services, are refunded in full of any deposit. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the services booked, and no-shows are charged 100%. Redo requests are honored only if the salon is contacted within 7 days and the client returns within two weeks of the original service.

Each client is treated as an individual, and services and products are recommended based on hair type and texture.
