Services center on healthy hair care. New clients can choose a natural healthy hair service that includes a wash, conditioning, a signature style and an ends trim, or a blowout, silk press or loc starter service that adds a hydration and bond builder treatment or two-strand twist or coil starter locs. Color and chemical services are also offered to new clients. Returning clients can book a cleanse, conditioning and ends maintenance trim with one signature style, such as natural braids, a rod set, a silk press or a round-brush blow-dry, or loc maintenance by retwist, palm-roll or locsmith method. A root retwist without a loc style is also offered.
Booking takes a reservation fee that holds the appointment and is deducted from the final cost, with the balance paid by Zelle or cash. Clients upload a valid state ID or driver's license to finalize booking. Because space is limited, extra guests are not accommodated. For mobile visits, rideshare and any parking fees are added to the final bill.
The studio has Wi-Fi and accepts credit cards, and Booksy describes it as accessible for people with disabilities. There is no waiting area.
