Consultations can be booked online for $100 or in person at the Roswell studio for $200. The consultation fee is not a deposit and is not credited toward a future installation, and full payment is required to confirm a consultation. Installations start at $3,500, with final pricing set after the consultation. An installation retainer is separate from the consultation fee and is collected only after the client reviews and accepts a written plan, and custom preparation begins once the retainer and paperwork are complete. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

K-Tips are not right for everyone or for every area of the scalp. The studio may adjust the plan, avoid an area, postpone a service or recommend medical clearance first. Extensions are a cosmetic service and are not a treatment for hair loss. Professional check-ins are commonly recommended every 6 to 8 weeks, or as set out in the client's plan. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and Octavia travels to clients on request, subject to service, location, schedule and approved travel arrangements.

The studio also offers education for stylists who want to learn how to approach K-Tip installations.
