Color is a large part of the menu. Options run from glossing and toning and glaze shine services to base color, foil highlights and hand-painted balayage, in partial and full versions. Many color services can be combined with a cut in one appointment, and the studio lists the timing for each combination, from about an hour and a half to three and a half hours.

Extensions begin with a free 15-minute consultation that reviews hair and scalp health, extension type and length, and collects a deposit toward the hair order. Clients who have not had extensions before must book that consultation before an Extension Move Up, a 2-hour reinstallation of existing extensions priced from $175 to $300. Hair tinsel and hair feather installs are also offered as shorter bead-installed add-ons.

For events, Event Style is a one-hour updo for occasions such as weddings, proms, banquets and balls, and clients can bring photo inspiration or send pictures ahead of the visit. Cuts are offered for women, men and children, and brow tint, eyelash tint and a range of waxing services are also on the menu.

Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Sunday through Tuesday closed. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice are free; shorter notice or a no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Consultations come first for color and extensions, and clients receive information, tools and products for styling their hair at home.

The studio is inside Suite Serenity, and according to the studio, the chair experience is unlike any other.
