Color work includes highlights and balayage shaped to each client's features and style, and single process color mixed to a formula for each client. Custom haircuts are offered. Professional color lines from Redken, Matrix, Pulp Riot and Paul Mitchell are used in the salon.
The Signature Keratin Smoothing Treatment is semi-permanent and suits all hair types. It can be adjusted to enhance or reduce curl, and it uses Keratin Complex. Full treatments are reported to last three to five months and express versions six to eight weeks. Keratin smoothing is offered to children from age six. Luxury keratin bond extensions, also called KTips, fuse less than a gram of hair to small sections of natural hair, can be colored and can last four to six months with upkeep. A consultation must be done in person before extension work, and extension appointments usually take the full day, with hair set aside and prepared in advance. The raw, single donor, unprocessed Cambodian hair is offered in five textures from straight to curly and is also sold online in 100-gram increments.
The Little Lady Styling Event is held quarterly for children aged four to eleven and includes a wash, deep conditioning and blow-dry, with an optional silk press. Dates are announced on Instagram or by email, and appointments fill quickly. The Elevated Silk Press package combines a custom haircut and hair spa treatment with a shiatsu foot massage and an optional glass of wine. Services are paid in full at booking, and cancelling a non-extension service more than 48 hours ahead qualifies for a 50% refund, while same-day cancellations and no-call, no-shows forfeit payment. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, no additional guests are allowed, and one caregiver may wait for clients under 13.
Hairapy Academy of Beauty and Professional Development offers in-person and online courses. Its KTip and keratin master class includes live model practice, a master kit with extensions, a catered lunch, business strategy training and upselling instruction. The business says the KTip and keratin add-on can increase ticket value by up to 30%.
Combines customized color, cutting, keratin and extension work with education, offering both client services and training for other professionals through its academy.
