Extensions are the main specialty: wefts are the primary method, with tape-ins and K-tips used for hybrid installs. Every extension service starts with an in-person consultation, and personalized pricing based on natural hair, desired result, length, density and method is given before any hair is ordered. Installation covers placement, color matching, cutting and blending with natural hair, and each set comes with a maintenance schedule and home-care instruction.

New guests are offered a service path chosen during a consultation, and every appointment includes extra time for consultation, styling education and recommendations. Prices reflect the time and products typically needed for each service. If the plan changes during the consultation, pricing changes are discussed before service begins.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. A 50% booking fee may be applied after a late cancellation or a no-show, handled case by case. If the stylist runs late, guests receive $1 off for each minute of delay, and a finished blow-dry style may be skipped to fit remaining time. Payment is accepted by cash, major credit and debit cards, tap-to-pay, Zelle, Venmo and Afterpay.
