Erin describes her work as aimed at keeping clients' hair healthy and restoring it where needed, while still working toward a strong finished result. She likes building lasting relationships with clients and wants the space to feel safe and comfortable, somewhere people feel looked after.

Extension work begins with a 15-minute consultation covering pricing, color matching, ordering the hair and scheduling the installation, and installations or move-ups take about two hours or more. Color services include a shampoo, blowdry and style, and the Hair menu also includes cuts, treatments and a formal style. Clients booking a cancellation need at least 24 hours' notice, or the 50% deposit is forfeited, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount.

Hair health comes first, with restoration and a polished end result as the goal.
