The menu is organized around color work. Clients can book partial and full balayage, ombre, foil highlights and lowlights, all-over color, toner, bleach with toner, and vivid color, along with color correction that can be spread over several sessions. The salon describes color correction as the fastest route to reaching hair goals. Extensions are another core service, with hand-tied installations, a two-week move-up appointment for existing hand-tied hair, and a consultation to choose length and color before booking.

Haircuts range from a quick bang trim and buzz cut to a women's cut, a women's cut with a round-brush finish, and men's cuts with or without a beard trim. Children's cuts for ages 11 and under are also offered. Other services include blow-dry styling, curling iron or flatiron styling, updos, wedding hair with a trial run, and classic perms. Treatments range from a quick moisture treatment to a deep conditioning service and an extended treatment for very dry or unmanageable hair. Waxing covers the chin, lip, and eyebrows. Booking terms are spelled out on the site. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations should be made within 24 hours, and late cancellations are charged 30% of the booked services. Clients who no-show and want to rebook place a 20% non-refundable deposit. Some services need a deposit for new clients or a set booking fee, including color correction, long hair all-over color, long and short full highlights, blow-dry styling, updos, and hand-tied hair. Hand-tied hair must be ordered before the appointment.
