Services are grouped into color, extensions, haircuts, packages, styling and treatments. Color runs from glosses and root retouches to all-over color, foil packages and custom color. Vivid and color-blocking bookings start with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, and a separate color consultation is also free. Extension clients begin with a 60-minute consultation starting at $50, whose fee is applied toward the hair purchase for those who qualify; a nonrefundable deposit is required for all extension orders.
Booking has a few set rules. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or a 50% fee is charged to the card on file. No-shows are charged the full service after a 15-minute grace period. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and closed Sunday. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled by phone at (262) 378-9372.
