Every service includes a consultation, and a free 30-minute phone or mobile consultation is available for clients who want to talk through their hair before booking. Hair extension clients can book a separate consultation for Halo Couture or tape-in extensions. Blonding, color correction and the short-hair permanent wave all require a consultation first for new clients.
Color work covers all-over color, glosses, fantasy colors and touch-ups, blonding, and color correction, which includes removing box or at-home color. Highlights and balayage come in partial and full versions, with or without a haircut. Olaplex is included in the single process root retouch and the bleach regrowth service.
Payment is taken through the booking site, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are charged a fee: 30 percent for haircut appointments and 50 percent for color appointments.
