Specialty Color adds highlights, ombre and full blonde, and taking natural black to a solid color other than blonde carries an extra charge per bundle and per lace piece.

The salon offers several installation types. Standard Closure Installs use a 3x4 or 4x4 lace closure, with bundles included, and are sized for a single part, finishing with a natural-looking hairline that includes baby hairs. Versatile Closure Installs step up to a 5x5 closure for two-part styles or a 6x6 closure for three-part styles, and bundles are also included. Frontal Installs use a 13x4 or 13x6 frontal, which can be glued at the hairline or worn glueless. The glueless option supports parting of up to 75% ear to ear, not counting the sides. Traditional Installs are full-head sew-ins with a one-part leave-out. Half-Up/Half-Down services apply weave to one half of the head, while the other half is styled into a ponytail or another style the client picks. Lace wig installs can be done with any wig and include braid-down, an oil treatment, bleached knots, hairline customization and styling.

Custom units are made to order and are drop-off only, with a four to seven day turnaround. Custom closure and frontal units include bleached knots, hairline customization, construction and styling, and the lace and bundles are priced separately. Maintenance visits remove and reinstall closures or frontals and tighten tracks, with styling included. Closure maintenance is usually needed every two to three weeks and frontal maintenance every one to two weeks, and it is offered only for installs the studio has done. Wig maintenance refreshes a pre-owned unit made by or bought from the studio.

Booking requires a $25 deposit plus a 3% PayPal fee and $0.30, which is non-refundable and counts toward the service price. Custom units require a 50% deposit. Appointments must be confirmed, and unconfirmed bookings are cancelled at 9:30 pm the day before. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours ahead, and same-day cancellations incur a 50% fee. Payment is by cash only, and children and extra guests are not permitted at appointments. Questions are handled by text, with replies within 24 hours.
