The menu covers hair color, hair extensions and classic haircuts, with color and extensions as the main focus. For bigger or more involved plans, custom quotes can be requested through the contact form instead of a fixed price.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. The space is described as cozy.

Color appointments can run long, so clients should plan extra time. Some hair goals may take more than one session, and Daniela may suggest spacing visits out to protect hair health. Clients get a 15-minute grace period; after that a $25 late fee applies, and arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean a shorter service or a cancellation.

Online booking asks for card details, but the card is not charged for the service itself. A cancellation fee applies to no-shows and last-minute cancellations, scaled to the service amount. Online checkout is handled through Square.

Services are built around each client's goals and preferences, and some hair goals are reached over several visits.
