Much of the work is done in-house. The salon runs its own lab where custom hair pieces are made, and it repairs any wig or hair system on the premises, including tears, resizing, adding or removing hair or clips, and comfort adjustments. Custom medical and non-medical hair integrations, wigs and extensions are made under its CustomCare by Rene line.

A visit begins with a free consultation, which can be booked by phone, email or contact form and is held one-on-one in private. Options include synthetic medical wigs that are lightweight, lined with soft materials and easy to put on and take off, as well as lower-cost fashion wigs made from synthetic hair. The salon does not shave clients' heads for hair integrations.

Extension choices range from the Hairdreams line and its quick-application strips to ShrinkLINKS, Micro Point Links by Cyberhair and Micro Point Accents. Cold laser hair therapy is also offered, and the salon sells its own line of hair loss control products.

The salon cannot process insurance claims or accept prescriptions, but it can provide a superbill for submission to an insurance provider, and it says some health insurers may reimburse full cranial prostheses for medically related hair loss. The salon says it offers fair prices, guaranteed. Free parking is available, and the salon is located at Airway Avenue, off Highways 405, 73 and 55.

Custom pieces are designed and built by hand from raw materials, with hair quantity, quality, color, texture and fit chosen for each client.
