Hair Solutions Orlando was founded as a joint venture by Pam Poss and Peggy Stucker. The salon began in a former barber shop that had fallen into disrepair, and it now serves both women and men under one roof.
The salon is in the back of the St. Paul Building, Suite 101, a short distance from downtown Orlando. The space is small, and each client is served one-on-one in a private booth rather than at a shared station.
Before recommending a service or product, stylists ask about a client's lifestyle, hair type and condition, how much grooming time they have, and how often they visit. The salon describes its products as the highest quality it can source, and says its staff bring a combined many years of experience to the work.
Services for women include women's haircuts and custom color and highlighting, with cut and finish included in color services. For men there are haircuts, straight razor shaves, beard trims, and beard color. Waxing and facials are also offered, along with re-conditioning treatments for hair.
