The range covers wigs, hair toppers, hair systems and hair replacements for women and men. Wigs and toppers are available in stock or as custom orders, and wigs not on the shelf can be ordered at no extra cost. Hair options include human hair and synthetic hair, and wig styles include curly, short, long and straight. The wig selection is refreshed with new styles each month, and hats and scarves are also carried.

Medical hair loss is a central focus here. The salon holds private consultations for clients whose hair is thinning or gone because of chemotherapy, alopecia or other medical conditions. Its cranial hair prosthesis is a full lace wig intended for long-term or permanent hair loss, cut and styled to suit each client. The medical hairpieces and mono-filament tops are built for sensitive scalps. According to the salon, a wig or prosthesis can count as a deductible medical cost for tax purposes, and health insurance occasionally pays toward it. Clients are advised that a doctor can prescribe a full cranial prosthesis, and that a letter from the doctor describing the hair loss and how it affects the client can support that prescription.

They are offered for thinning hair or added volume, with base sizes for different levels of hair loss, and same-day stock toppers are available. Cut and style is done on-site to shape them.

For men, the salon offers stock hair systems for immediate wear as well as custom-made systems, in poly base, skin cross over, mono, lace front, full lace and lace plus poly bases. Free consultations are offered for men's hair systems.

A visit starts with a private consultation, which can be booked by phone at 817-346-4951. From there clients choose a stock topper or a custom piece. Fittings are private and one-on-one in a dedicated styling and consultation room, and the salon offers wig alterations for a comfortable fit, instruction on wig maintenance, and cleaning and maintenance services.

The business is open Tuesday through Friday and Saturday from 11AM to 5PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Online price matching applies to any wig stocked in store, based on the online price, but it does not cover wigs not in stock or cutting, fitting and other customization.
