Booking runs on a few set rules. Appointments should be made at least two days ahead, and bookings inside that window can be cancelled. Clients are asked not to arrive more than 10 minutes early. A 20-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which a $50 late fee is charged. Unannounced no-shows are charged 50% of the appointment price. Wigs are preferably dropped off before the appointment; bringing one to the visit requires advance notice and makes the appointment longer. Children are welcome if they are well-behaved, and parking is in the space directly in front of the door.

The studio also sells hair and runs a buying guide. Raw bundles start at $100 in lengths from 14 to 30 inches, Second Nature units start at $650 with 13x6 frontal and 6x6 closure U part lace options, and THE THINNEST HD Lace starts at $160.
