Pricing is set by each stylist, so clients are asked to call for current prices. The cost depends on hair length, the result wanted, texture, gray coverage, hair condition and application time, and a full consultation and quote can be requested. Full foil services may carry extra charges for long or thick hair. First-time guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, and an extra 15 minutes is booked for a first visit consultation.

Hours are 9 am to 8 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9 am to 5 pm on Fridays, 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays, and the salon is closed on Sundays. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A missed appointment is charged half the service cost, and future bookings then require credit card prepayment. Clients can choose email, text or confirmation call reminders. If a guest arrives late, staff ask that the salon be called, and the appointment may be rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the service. Children under 12 should not be left alone in the salon. Clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to speak with their stylist within seven days.

The salon accepts U.S. dollar cash, paper checks, bank debit cards, and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, along with gift cards. Tips go directly to the stylist, so they cannot be placed on a credit card at the front desk. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be turned into cash, and gift cards, coupons and promotions cannot be redeemed for cash. Unused products returned within seven days qualify for a full refund. Products a client does not like can be exchanged within 30 days. Damaged items, such as a faulty pump, are replaced when returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.
