Extension work starts with a pre-phone consultation, where clients send photos of their hair, followed by an in-person consultation and then the install. Pricing is estimated during the phone step and finalized in person, and a $25 consultation deposit is applied to the appointment. Keratin tip extensions are individual keratin-bonded strands placed one at a time and need a move-up every 8 to 10 weeks. Endless butterfly weft is a no-sew weft laid flat at the root, without braids or thread, and needs a move-up every 6 to 8 weeks. Move-ups and maintenance reposition, refresh, trim and blend existing extensions, and move-up clients are accepted. The 18-inch extension package, which includes 100 grams of hair and partial highlights, is listed at $1,200. Color correction, extra length and other services beyond the package cost extra.

Head spa options include the Signature Head Spa, a 60-minute service with scalp analysis, exfoliation, a detox cleanse, massage, a mask and steam, plus the Luxury Head Spa, a Scalp Therapy Treatment and several add-ons.

Treatments include a Brazilian keratin smoothing service for medium, long and extra-long hair that the salon says reduces frizz, with a deposit required at booking. Hair treatments include custom conditioning, chemical relaxers and Olaplex bond repair. Facial options include deep cleansing, chemical peels, dermaplaning and signature facials, and waxing is offered for eyebrows, chin and lip.

Salon services are final sale once completed, with adjustments available if requested within 7 days of the appointment. Extension services are final sale once installed. Rescheduling requires a call at least 24 hours ahead, and the deposit moves to the new time. The extension deposit is non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed. Financing for extensions is available through Cherry, subject to approval.
