The menu is organized into haircuts, color, single process color, styling, treatments and other services such as perms and Japanese straightening. Prices are listed as starting points, and extra charges of $10 to $50 may apply depending on hair length and thickness. Color services include a complimentary rough dry, and a blow dry can be added for $50 to $70, with hot tools adding $10 to $20.

Clients are asked to share any allergies, sensitivities or special needs before their appointment. A 24-hour notice is requested for changes. Cancelling or rescheduling within 12 hours costs half the booked price, and within 6 hours costs the full price. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and styling adjustments should be made within one week of the original appointment.

Hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm, with the salon closed on Mondays. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Tips can be paid in cash or through Venmo but cannot be charged to a credit card. Services, gift certificates and retail products are not refundable or exchangeable, except when a damaged product is replaced.
