The menu covers braid styles such as feed-in, knotless, and OG box braids, crochet styles, twists and locs, ponytails, installs, and hair care. Silk presses and rod sets are also offered, and children up to age 11 have their own booking category.

Booking requires a $26 non-refundable deposit. The salon also offers a seasonal package called the Hair Me Out Summer Style Package, which is listed separately from the regular categories.

Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, major debit and credit cards, and gift cards, with a 3% processing fee added to card payments. Clients who cancel on the day of an appointment or do not show up are charged a 50% fee, and all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Clients are asked to arrive on time and to contact the salon if they will be late; a late fee may apply after 15 minutes. Guests should come alone unless the extra person is booking a service themselves. Hair should arrive detangled, dry, and free of oil or grease unless a shampoo has been booked. Children should be rested and fed before their appointment. Style choices and add-ons should be settled before the visit, since last-minute style changes are not accepted.
