Hair is the main focus: cuts; grey-coverage color, applied either just at the regrowth or running from the scalp through to the tips (lightening isn't included in color); and highlights placed with foils or painted freehand, then sealed with a toning gloss. Clients can book several of these into a single appointment, with the price and time for each combination listed on the menu.
Extension installation and move-ups are offered, as is a hair shine treatment that can be added to a service. Wig services include washing and styling a topper or wig. A free 30-minute consultation is available before booking. The salon states it uses professional-grade products exclusively.
Appointments are booked Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 11 AM to 3 PM; the salon is closed on weekends. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made inside 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows may be charged 100%. Gift cards are sold in $25, $50, $75, $100 or custom amounts and are final sale.
