Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit sent through Zelle, with the client's name and appointment date in the note. The remaining balance is paid in cash only. Clients should arrive with their hair already washed and blow-dried, and extra guests are not allowed at appointments.
Timing is strict. A $40 late fee applies once a client is 10 minutes late, and appointments are cancelled at 20 minutes or more. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice and must be done through the booking site. Items can also be dropped off at the studio during business hours.
Hair work starts with the client's goal, and the stylist helps turn a look in mind into a workable plan.
