A visit can begin with a 15-minute in-person consultation about the client's hair goals, priced from $10, with that amount going toward the booked appointment. New clients booking a haircut are asked for a $25 deposit. Most other services take a deposit of between $25 and $65, paid online at booking.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling more than 48 hours ahead moves the existing appointment to another day at no charge. A change inside 48 hours carries a charge of 50% of the appointment fee and means restarting the booking with a deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM, and closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
