Services are grouped into color, haircuts, lightening, styling, treatments and consultation. Each has a stated starting price and time, so clients can see what a visit will involve before booking. New guests are invited to book a free 15-minute consultation before color or upstyle appointments.

The studio takes credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, cash and gift cards, and gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Clients who are unwell are asked to call and reschedule. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed.

Services are priced individually, and a consultation is suggested before color or upstyle appointments.
