Hair Haven Studio

Hair Haven Studio opened in 2021 as a small salon and later moved a few blocks into Glo Hair Studio in Langhorne Borough. The salon is up a short flight of stairs on the left side of the building, and it has its own parking lot just to the left. Free Wi-Fi is available for clients, and the room is small and cozy, somewhere to relax during an appointment.

The salon describes itself as built around good hair, good conversation and real connection. The aim is hair that still works in a client's everyday routine after they leave, not only looking right on the day of the appointment. Co-owners Lauren Aninsman Spencer and Lynda Battaglia both work as stylists, with services covering color, cuts, blow-dries, keratin treatments and scalp massages.

Color is the main draw: lived-in dimensional color, balayage, blonding, gray coverage and vibrant shades. First-time color clients begin with a complimentary consultation, which is required before the first color appointment. It can be done in person, by Zoom or by FaceTime. Afterward the client receives a personalized price estimate. Haircuts, blow-dry styles, scalp massages and keratin treatments do not require a prior consultation.

Booking is by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday, online or by email to the stylist. A card on file is needed to reserve, and it is only charged under the cancellation policy or after the service. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, otherwise a 50% fee applies. A no-show or same-day cancellation is charged the full booked amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is shortened or rescheduled, and the full service may still be charged. Clients should arrive with hair washed within one to two days of the appointment. Guests and children are not permitted unless they also have an appointment. Cash, Venmo, Zelle and major credit cards are accepted. Refunds are not offered on services or products, though minor adjustments can be made within one week of the appointment.

The salon aims for hair that suits each client's everyday life, with a warm, conversational style of service.
