The menu is organized into bundles. Women's and men's cuts can be done wet, dry or with a blowdry. Color services range from a root touch-up for grey coverage to all-over color without bleach, base color with foiled highlights or balayage, and full highlights. Many color services can be finished with a glaze and blowdry, and several combine a cut with the color. Deep conditioning and blowouts are offered on their own or added to a cut.

Clients can book a free 20-minute consultation to talk through a cut or color, and it can include a test strand. Online bookings usually require a deposit of $10 to $30. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 20% fee. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
