New clients can book a Blind First Date, an initial in-person meeting to talk through hair questions and work out which extension type and install method suits them. The install appointment is scheduled during that meeting, so the plan is set before any work begins.
Gemtastic Wigs is the custom line, offering made-to-order wigs, custom color wigs, revamps for existing wigs, glueless wigs and U-part wigs.
Every service is satisfaction guaranteed for the first 7 days, and corrections or changes can be requested during that window. Refunds are not issued. Clients get a 15-minute grace period if they are running late, and the business asks for the same courtesy when it is running behind. Photos taken during appointments may be used for business purposes, including social media, and a client can ask for a photo to be deleted.
