Every new client begins with a free consultation of about fifteen minutes, often available the same day. The stylist looks at the hair in person, suggests a method, shows the hair that would be used and gives a written quote before anything is ordered. If extensions are not a good fit for a client's hair, the studio says it will tell them so.

All hair is 100% Remy human hair, double-drawn and never synthetic. Each set is colour-matched in daylight against the client's own hair, including multi-tone and rooted blends. Because the cuticles run in one direction, the studio says the hair is less prone to tangling and matting. Human hair can be washed, blow-dried and styled with hot tools.

Work covers length and density additions, colour matching, methods suited to fine hair, options for thinning and hair loss, and maintenance and move-ups. The studio does not sell wigs; wig and topper clients are referred to Yaffa Wigs, a separate business in the same building.

Pricing is set per method. Clip-in sets are $380 for 18 inches and $420 for 22 inches. K-tip and I-tip extensions are $375 per bundle of 25 strands, with hair and application included, and most clients need three to five bundles. Tape-in application is $730 for 16 to 18 inches and $950 for 22 to 26 inches, with hair charged separately. Retape is $40 and removal is $60, each a 30-minute appointment. Halos are quoted after consultation. The exact cost is confirmed in writing at the consultation.

Each set is colour-matched by hand against the client's own hair, and the studio recommends a method only after examining the hair in person.
