The salon describes itself as a different kind of hair salon in Tampa. Ree and Marlaina built much of the space themselves, including the floors and walls. The team is kept small so each guest works with one stylist, and no stylists are shared within a service. Ree describes this as her third salon, developed with Marlaina.

Every install begins with a consultation. Complimentary consultations run 15 to 30 minutes, in person or virtual, and include a no-obligation price estimate. New clients also complete a short questionnaire covering hair type, lifestyle and goals. The salon supplies the hair for every install and chooses it to match the client's own hair rather than what is in stock, then blends and customizes after selection. Hair is sourced through partners in Europe, Cambodia and Vietnam, hand-sorted to remove short strands, and inspected before it reaches the salon. Pre-colored or over-processed stock is not used.

Install prices start around $200 and can exceed $2,000, according to the salon. Traditional sew-ins are described as roughly $300 to $800 or more. Cost depends on the install method, whether hair is included, the amount of hair measured in grams, hair quality (raw, Remy or virgin), stylist experience and location.

A free Quick Fix covers small issues such as a loose thread or loose weft and is available once per install cycle. It does not cover full adjustments, reinstallations, routine maintenance, color changes or services older than four weeks. A 7-day adjustment guarantee applies to discomfort, color matching, volume, fullness or length. Changes of mind are billed as new services, and work by another stylist or improper care voids the guarantee. The salon will review installs done elsewhere and maintain extensions from another stylist when the method is offered and the install is in good condition.

Deposits are required to book, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are set by the stylist at consultation. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations are charged half the service total, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. A card on file is only charged if a policy is violated. Children under 13 are not allowed in the studio, and guests who arrive with small children are asked to reschedule, with a $75 fee. Card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee, while cash, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App do not.

Puts scalp health and the quality of the hair ahead of volume, with unhurried appointments rather than overbooking. The salon does not upsell and will say when a service is not right for a client.
