Every extension system begins with a consultation, which is needed before pricing and design. Extension consultations are free, last about 30 minutes, and cover styling, timing and prices. They can be booked by phone or online. Pricing depends on the system chosen, the hair quality, the density, how much hair is needed and the length being added. Systems are designed for hair at least 3 inches long with a crown dense enough to hold them.

The practice offers several extension methods. Great Lengths is a polymer system applied strand by strand, glue-free, and removed by a trained stylist, and it typically lasts about 4 to 6 months. Strand by Strand places thin amounts of hair in small sections near the scalp and lasts about 4 to 5 months. Pro-Hair fibers are attached with a heat clamp and come in 25 shades plus five iridescent Party Pack colors. Dome uses mono-fiber attached to small sections at the root, can be removed at home, and lasts about three to four months. DreamCatchers is a micro-cylinder system from HairTech International that uses unprocessed hair from Europe that can be reused; the page notes that Paris Hilton wears it.

Beyond extensions, the practice offers men's, women's and children's haircuts, single process color, partial and full highlights, and color cut blowdry. Blowdries are also available. A Brazilian keratin treatment softens, smooths and straightens hair without breaking its bonds. It is available for children 6 and older, teens and adults, and is not permanent, with waves or curls returning in about 2 to 3 months. The keratin treatment is booked as a three-hour appointment.

Each client starts with a consultation before any extension system is priced or designed, and the system is matched to hair length, crown density and the amount of hair needed.
