Each service starts with a thorough consultation and a plan tailored to the client's hair goals. Before booking, clients can request a free consultation by submitting an online form with a photo of their hair and a description of the result they want, or arrange an in-person consultation to go over any concerns ahead of an appointment. Extension color is custom matched. For extension care, the salon recommends sulfate-free products. After installation, clients receive a personalized aftercare guide, and most return every six to eight weeks for move-ups and check-ins.

Initial extension installs are typically around $1,000, depending on how much hair is needed and the result the client wants.
