Every visit starts with a free consultation, where the hair is color matched and the method and amount needed are planned. A deposit for the full cost of the hair is due at that point, which orders the hair and secures an installation appointment. Aftercare is spelled out. Clients arrive with clean, dry hair free of products and oils.
