All services are booked by appointment only. Extension work begins with a consultation for fusion and iTips applications, pleat applications, custom-fit clip-ins and color correction, and extension hair can be pre-tipped at $50 per hour. Custom wigs and toppers also start with a consultation at $100, while non-custom synthetic and human-hair options start at $80 and can be bought online or in store.

Beyond hair replacement and extensions, the menu covers relaxers for new growth, Japanese straightening, Keratin blowouts with the HED Blowout System, Olaplex treatments, color such as balayage and ombre, dry bar cuts, thermal styling and up-dos. The salon also has a full-service spa offering face and body treatments at the same standard. An online store sells brand-name wigs, toppers and hair extensions, with orders taking two to three business days to process and ship. Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time.
