The Dallas location is a private suite inside Summit Salon Suites, off Loop 12 and Skillman. Elena sees clients there once every four weeks. The Boise location is in an open-concept salon on the corner of 5th and Main, shared with other creative artists, and Elena works there three weeks out of the month, with one week in Dallas. Pricing is hourly, all-inclusive and free of separate gratuity, with one hourly rate for each service. This is meant to take the guesswork out of working out a final total, including the cost of extra product. Prices listed for dimensional color, color correction and the Silveratti Full service are averages, and the final total is set by the time the service takes.

Services are grouped into Color Packages, Dimensional Color Packages, Haircuts, Silveratti Packages, Extras and Extension Packages. New clients booking a color appointment need a virtual or in-person consultation first, and new clients may book haircuts online. Existing clients may book online when openings are available. The consultation is also required for clients who have not visited in more than six months and for anyone interested in extensions. Its $50 fee counts toward the client's future service total.

The salon offers a shop of affiliate products, though some may be out of stock or not carried in the salon. Clients are given a 15-minute grace period for lateness and are asked to call ahead if they will be late. Policies are agreed to when a visit is booked. Elena aims for an environment where clients feel safe, seen and heard.

Elena's approach centers on hair that does not need high maintenance and on lowering a client's salon upkeep, whatever the service.
