Laser hair removal is aimed at reducing unwanted hair over time, so clients spend less time shaving and waxing. The studio uses the Alma Soprano ICE system, which has cooling technology meant to make treatments more comfortable. Treatment areas include the face, underarms, bikini line, legs, arms, chest, back, abdomen, buttocks and neck, among others. The studio describes laser as intended for long-term reduction rather than guaranteed permanent removal, and maintenance sessions may be recommended. Most people need a series of treatments. Laser works best on hair with enough pigment, so blonde, gray, white and some red hair may not respond well. Downtime is minimal, though temporary redness or sensitivity can occur.

Electrolysis works on individual hair follicles and suits all skin types and hair colors. It is used on facial areas such as the upper lip, chin, eyebrows and sideburns, and on body areas such as the underarms, bikini line, legs and back. It also suits smaller areas, single hairs, stubborn growth and sensitive skin. Clearing an area takes several sessions because hairs grow in different stages. The studio describes electrolysis as the only FDA-recognized method of permanent hair removal. After treatment, clients are asked to avoid excessive heat, sweating, swimming and sun for a set period.

A free consultation comes before any treatment. New clients meet privately to talk through their goals and the area they want treated, and the studio then recommends laser, electrolysis or a combination. Intake forms are sent after booking and may include health history questions used for treatment planning and safety. Written pre-care instructions come before treatment and aftercare instructions after each session. Cancellation, rescheduling and deposit rules depend on the service and are explained during booking.
