Treatments include a clarifying service that removes buildup from styling products, hard water and pollutants, along with two advanced straightening systems designed to reduce frizz.
The salon is usually booked by appointment, with online booking available through Vagaro or by calling (978) 473-3162. Walk-ins are taken when a stylist is free. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Clients who do not show up and do not cancel are charged 50% of the total service cost, and clients who no-show more than twice can no longer pre-book future appointments.
The salon works with three product lines that are pH-balanced and labeled as such on the bottle, and offers two straightening systems the salon says significantly reduce drying time.
