The salon is owned and run by Diane Matherne, who works as a stylist alongside a team of stylists. Several of the team have worked at the salon for many years, and the stylists cover a broad range of hair, from basic cuts and shampoo services to color work and longer-term treatments.

Services are grouped into hair services, which cover cuts, color, highlights and lowlights, balayage, bleach touch-ups, toner, perms, keratin treatments and updos, along with facial waxing. Corrective color and updos each have a separate consultation listed on the price list. Hair extensions are also offered.

Prices are listed as starting amounts. Additional charges may apply for longer or thicker hair, and a flat iron is an add-on charge to any service. Lowlights added to highlights are charged as an extra service.
